      Pros

      Paycom is the best place to work if you are up to a challenging environment. I truly like the fast pace and high growth. I have been employed with Paycom for over 4 years. Paycom has some great leaders who challenge you to think outside the box. I couldn't express how grateful I am for my experience here at Paycom. I feel blessed for every opportunity I have been given and more so that I was chosen to work here. They are constantly doing things to make work better. It is a high stress environment but with highly motivated people. If you are looking for a job where you sit around with nothing to do than PAYCOM is not the place. However, if you want to get to work and look up to see 5:00 than Paycom is the place.

      Cons

      Paycom is growing and as they always say it comes with growing pains. I have learned over the years the change is ok but it took me awhile to grasp that concept. The parking lot is a bummer sometimes but I will say over the last 3 months it has gotten better. (PRO to that is they care enough to employee police officers to direct it to make it the best we can).

      Pros

      The culture and opportunity to grow professionally are great takeaways from Paycom.

      Cons

      While the culture is amazing, specific department's treatment and support of employees is lacking greatly. Communication between departments and management also needs a lot of improvement.
