This company has poured into me in ways I never could have imagined. The leadership and business skills I have acquired are invaluable to me no matter where life takes me in the future.

Cons

The work is extremely challenging and demanding. Being at the forefront of innovation and technology is no easy task and Paycom is not for the faint of heart.

Pros

Paycom is not for fainthearted, but if you're at your best in a bustling work environment where challenges are constant, you will reap the rewards in professional growth, opportunity and compensation! A positive attitude, grit and a growth mindset are "must haves" for success Paycom because leadership, sales and the product are only getting stronger. While the gym, lunches and company celebrations are all wonderful, my favorite part is the stock purchase program and leadership stock options because it allows you to get some skin in the game!

Cons

Paycom added additional PTO this year which is a HUGE benefit, however, I wish there was a formal maternity/paternity policy (not just short-term disability) as well as daycare programs for children of Paycom employees.

Pros

This may sound cliche, but this is the best job I have ever had. If you want a job where you are able to control you future and advance your career by hard work and dedication, this is the place for you! I have only been at Paycom for about 4 years, and I have already been able to work my way up through the ranks from entry level developer to manager. Some other pros would be opportunity and growth. This company is growing fast, so there is always room to grow and learn new things. Another great aspect would be that the people here are world class and know there stuff. This means you get to work with some of the best minds in the industry, and they pay YOU to do it!

Cons

If you do not like change or enjoy routine, this is not the place for you. How we operate today, is not how we will operate a year from now. We are always looking to better our processes and become more efficient. I don't know if I would consider this one a con particularly, but Paycom has a work hard, play hard culture. If are the type of person that works to the status-quo and doesn't strive to go above and beyond the call of duty, you will not enjoy our fast paced environment.
