Pros

The company is growing and growing fast. Every day is a new challenge and that is why I love working here. I am the type of person that likes to challenge myself and always fail forward. The department has the same mentality and that is why I highly recommend working here.

Cons

With the company growing so fast there are lots of speed bumps and sometimes old ways of doing work get in the way.
