Pros

I have never worked for a company who invests so much in the growth of their employees. I have been at Paycom for almost 5 years and I have seen 6 promotions. If you put in the work and are truly bought into the vision, you will be rewarded. The culture is built on collaboration and teamwork. As long as you buy into that, you’ll excel. Our benefits are fantastic, plenty of time off and the pay is great. Best of all, Paycom has done a great job responding to the pandemic and has really made the safety of their employees top priority. I am so grateful to be employed by Paycom during these tough times.

Cons

No cons. We work hard, but as long as you come in with a growth mindset you’ll have the tools you need to be successful. Historically, the people who don’t survive are the ones that don’t want to put in the effort, can’t take and apply feedback, or have poor attitudes altogether. If that’s you, Paycom isn’t for you.

Pros

First and foremost you are helping your customers! Paycom is a solution that provides a financial, cultural and personal impact for the organizations we welcome on board. 2) Paycom is an organization that promotes learning... i have grown personally and professionally; this is a place where you self actualize at an early age and stage. I am so grateful to my 2012 self for choosing to work for and being hired by Paycom. The things I have accomplished for myself and my family over the past 8.5 years have allowed me to create the life I've always wanted

Cons

Easy doesn't pay. It' hard work and meant for individuals who are dedicated, committed and disciplined. The first year can be a struggle, but if you stick with it-the returns are GREAT

Pros

Paycom offers a lot of opportunity to grow as an employee and leader. So many amazing people work for the company that I've learned a tremendous amount from and know that I will continue to learn. Leadership in marketing is very engaged with the entire department and always looking for how we can improve as a department and as individuals. The company has a great benefits program and continues to add new options every year to fit the needs of employees. The training programs at Paycom are top-notch, programs that help you develop for your next career step and to learn new skills are offered throughout the year as well as training on topics like diversity and inclusion and cross-training with other departments to work better together.

Cons

Work life balance can be a little lopsided which is somewhat expected with a growing tech company.
