Pros

I have worked for successful companies with dynamic, positive work environments in the past, but Paycom is among the best I have seen and been a part of! Paycom is a company with a vision for the future, that values its employees, and is actively pursuing excellence in every area of the business. They have a history of making success not just an idea, but a reality, and are doing whatever it takes to ensure it continues! I'm looking forward to enjoying this ride for many years to come - this is the place to be!

Cons

No cons. Let's keep a mindset of continuous improvement, and never settle for 2nd place.

Pros

Paycom is a great place to work for. It is is a workplace that is going to give you something new every day and empower you to tackle it. There is never a dull day working here. Management at Paycom values their employees and the work that they do and it definitely shows. They host a ton of fun activities for employees to take part in like company paid monthly luncheons, food truck days, and much more. It's truly a great place to work and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Cons

There aren't many Cons working here.

Pros

- Commitment of Leaders at all levels to help you grow personally and Professionally. - Opportunities to build friendships with colleagues who are great people and great Sales Professionals. - Opportunity to sell to C-Level Executives at large companies. - Provide true value and feel good about the product and service you're delivering to your clients. - The compensation plan creates an opportunity to build a lifestyle and gain financial security that's truly unheard of for an "entry-level" position. - The company's hyper growth creates abundant opportunity for promotion.

Cons

- The learning curve is steep. New hires should anticipate an intense first year, similar to law school. - As in any sales job, reps have to push through a lot of "no's" to get to every yes. - Managers will expect you to bring your best every day, and will push you to grow. If you are comfortable with your current skillsets and don't want to grow or change, this is not the job for you. - A lot of great ideas get rolled out, sometimes in rapid succession. Employees who aren't adaptable can fall behind.
