      Pros

      Paycom has a great culture, you will hear this stated many times and it is true. But for me, the culture isn't the shining star. For me, the fact that my management team truly cares about me and my future is what stands out the most. Anytime I need anything, have a question, or just need to talk I can go to my team leader or supervisor and get what I need. Paycom values their employees and what they have to offer, you aren't just a statistic or a college degree here. As a employee at Paycom you can reach your dreams and more.

      Cons

      There are times where long hours are required; even during these times there are extra incentives offered and awarded to employees.

      - Technology is first class - Training in complex, B2B software space - Upper management invests in employees - Compensation, opportunity for growth

      Cons

      - PTO is a little rocky at times, though this seems to be changing - Not a great work-life balance, but par for the course among sales roles
