      Paycom is where I hope to retire

      Pros

      This is really a company that promotes personal and professional growth. I've been stagnant in my career elsewhere, and love that I really get to control my development at Paycom.

      Cons

      This isnt a job where you clock out at 5pm every day. It takes grit, and while i love that, a new team member needs to be prepared for a step learning curve, and has to show up every day.

      Pros

      Lots of chances for advancement, if you're a hard worker. The people are all great to work with throughout all departments. The management all the way up to the top really cares about you.

      Cons

      It is stressful work, and can be very demanding at times., But you are rewarded for that hard and demanding work.
