      Great compensation but poor organization

      Great benefits and salary; individual in management can be very helpful and uplifting

      Cons

      Overall disorganized; lack of standards for testing, documentation, etc. ICs aren't involved until late in the process but are responsible for creating a good product.

      Great place to work, culture could be better, be ready for overtime.

      Pros

      Pay is good in the department I worked in. Very supportive supervisors and senior team members were helpful. Benefits were great. Decent career mobility too.

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime during peak seasons, stressful phone calls with clients. This place is not immune to typical office politics either. Also pulled the rug out from people on remote work policies.

      Pros

      - Great go-getter mentality among everyone. Specialists, Managers and Reps are all owners of what they do. - Super competitive pay. - Very financially motivated org. If you’re externally motivated by money, it’ll be a good fit. - Genuinely diverse org.

      Cons

      - Below-average regard for employee wellness. - Sales org feels like a locker room at times. It’s an odd culture where underperformers are vilified, not supported. - Success varies greatly on the leader supporting you.
