Pros

I have been at Paycom for over 3 years now. It is the best job I’ve ever had. The best part is the culture of the company. I can tell Paycom cares for its employees, all the way from our CEO Chad Richison down to our immediate supervisors. We are provided with all the materials, training, resources, and support we need to do our job. They also hold monthly luncheons and other activities and giveaways during the year to show their appreciation. But most importantly to me is how they have handled the COVID-19 pandemic. They immediately took action to shift us all to working from home, and has shown even more support during this time. I feel that they are handling this in a way that ensures we all remain safe and healthy. This is a wonderful company to work for, and I hope to remain here for a very long time!

Cons

It can get very busy at certain times of the year, so there are times when we work overtime. But they are constantly making improvements to automated processes to save us time.

Pros

Paycom focuses on working hard and rewarding their employees even harder. The campus feels very secure, and is always very clean. In a few months I have learned a ton of information that will not only help me excel in my career, but also in life. Management really cares about their employees and their work-life balance.

Cons

The job can and be challenging and fast-paced! Not for those who lack work ethic.

The culture Paycom provides to help you learn, grow and overall exceed your own expectations is inspiring. I never thought I would find a job that I loved so much and a job I could actually grow in. After being here for 4 years I am still in disbelief about the growth and changes we make everyday to help our employees and our clients with our products.

Cons

Working at Paycom means stepping things up to the next level, being innovative, efficient and most importantly working together. If you cant handle that, Paycom is not for you.
