I have been working at Paycom for almost 7 years now. I work with an amazing team and we are always challenged to be innovative and to express our ideas. My personal and professional growth skyrocketed with Paycom. The atmosphere is very friendly and you get to know a lot of brilliant people very quickly. Paycom offers amazing benefit packages including stock plans, which have proven to be an excellent investment opportunity. Equally, we are able to accumulate enough PTO to take a real vacation, which is more than any other company has offered me in the past. I feel safe, comfortable and confident in my work environment. Our CEO Chad Richison has done a great job supporting us and our communities.
