      Pros

      This company has challenged me to grow each and every day not only as a young professional but as a person as well. I have had the opportunity to be coached and supported by my peers, leaders, and managers to not only yield my opportunities but expand upon them by developing a growth mindset that has helped me not even think about settling for complacency. Paycom has given me so much and I am proud to have the opportunity to grow alongside this company.

      Cons

      Paycom is fast paced and not for the faint of heart, you will be challenged to receive and apply feedback consistently as well as adapt at a quick rate. We want to help high achievers grow within their strengths but to also step outside of their comfort zones to yield even more growth.

      Paycom takes care of their people- there are tons of employee perks, job security, awesome leadership and such a positive environment.
