      Love the environment, support, and colleagues

      Pros

      I really enjoy the environment and the support I feel not only from my employer at the C-level but also from my direct leaders and team members. The benefits are really nice (I mean $1 health insurance for myself is pretty nice!) and I am looking forward to the opportunity to work myself up to more opportunities.

      Cons

      If I had to give an actual "con" I would say that there are definitely busy times for any position and that if you do not know how to adjust and adapt to the busier times of the year you may burn out from these positions.

      Great company! Caring and genuine leadership team. Paycom truly cares about their employees, which has been clearly demonstrated during these recent tough times. A culture of great teamwork, collaboration and communication. So glad I joined Paycom!
