I have worked for Paycom for 7+ years and have had the opportunity to see the company grow in numbers and in strength. Paycom is a company that truly cares about their employees and wants to provide the best work experience they possibly can. Working as a Product Analyst in the HCM Department has been the best job I have ever had; Leadership in the HCM department is nothing short of phenomenal and is full of leaders and co-workers that listen and want to see you grow personally and professionally. I would highly recommend Paycom as an employer!

Pros

There are a lot of pros! The pay is #1, they pay above average for the role. The benefits are great, such as $1 health care, $4 catered lunches every day, on-site gym, and many others. Leadership has proven that they care about the employees. Your coworkers are awesome to work with.

Cons

Some times it can be stressful, but you can leave it all behind at 5pm. You don't have to stress about it at home. Some of your clients won't be pleasant to work with, but many are great.
