I've been on a journey at Paycom over three years and I can honestly say that I have grown an incredible amount professionally and also personally. I value how much the leaders of our organization care about the people while ensuring our clients have an excellent experience with our services. Expect feedback with a coach mentality to get you where you need to go, to be challenged/stretched, and to experience the absolute best culture/team environment.

Cons

I wouldn't say it's necessarily a con, but expect to move hard and fast. We are constantly evaluating our processes and the client experience, so we will evolve quickly to ensure the experience meets our standards.

Paycom is incredible! I started my professional career at Paycom 3 years ago. I was fresh out of college and new to the corporate world. Paycom truly is invested in seeing their employees grow to reach their personal and professional goals. They also take value in the culture that is created with a focus on teamwork. I’m proud to work at this company specifically in the HCM department. My entire Paycom career has been in HCM and it has been awesome. I started out as an admin and after 3 years was able to step into a leadership role in the Benefits Coordinator sub department. No other company would be able to do that! HCM is continuously looking at ways we can not only give our clients the best experience possible but also our employees.

Cons

Paycom is really fast paced and changes frequently. This could be seen as a con to some; however, I enjoy how everyday is never the same.

Paycom cares about their employees, great leadership, and upper management, room for growth with in the company. The Benefits package they offer is like no other. $1/ pay period health insurance for EE's! WHAT? This company has many faithful and loyal employees for a reason. Our CEO and his wife are some of the most generous people you will ever meet. Just look at all the good they were able to do during Covid-19. I know I will be here for many years to come and look forward to my growth here at Paycom. I love my department HCM Benefits!

Cons

No work from home option, no childcare provided on sight.
