      Pros

      The development is amazing. When I think of the most impressive people I've met in my life the majority of them come from Paycom. Every single day you are challenged to get better and step outside of your comfort zone , while also being highly compensated for it. This is not one of those "unlimited commission" jobs where 3 people across the company the company make hundreds of thousands. At Paycom if you are hitting your quota you will be highly compensated and have the opportunity to make life change money.

      Cons

      Not a downside in my view, but you need to be willing to grind it out and go the extra mile.

      Great Atmosphere and Amazing People

      Pros

      Paycom is a company that truly cares about its people. The TSR department in particular is constantly looking for ways to grow and develop as individuals, offices, and as an entire department. You can always count on your feedback to be heard and implemented. The Pittsburgh office is a very tight-knight group, who gets along and works well together. If you are willing to work hard, there are a lot of opportunities for extra compensation. Management has the perfect balance of being involved and supportive but not micro-managing in projects. Overall, awesome place to work.

      Cons

      It is a very fast-paced environment and can sometimes involve long hours. Time management and good work-ethic are key if you want to be successful and maintain a good work-life balance!

      Pros

      Great culture, invest a lot in employees by offering training that continues to develop you, good pay, good benefits, the best people to work with & for! This company continues to get better & better!

      Cons

      If you do not like to be challenged or pushed out of your comfort zone, we may not be the best company for you. PS-no one grows within their comfort zone!
