      Pros

      I absolutely love the people at Paycom. Everyone is so incredibly hard working, but also SO fun to work with. Paycom truly values their employees and provides great growth opportunities. Leadership is open to feedback and new ideas, giving everyone, no matter their role, the opportunity to initiate change. If you're a hard-working individual who loves to continually learn and grow, this is the place for you!

      Wonderful opportunity for motivated workers

      Pros

      Variety of work but consistent expectations, huge room for growth/advancement, learning culture, quarterly reviews and continuous feedback going both directions, paid family leave, $1 health insurance (for the employee only), $4 lunches (two "hearty" options and two "healthy" options), on-site gym with professionally led classes and sports leagues

      Cons

      The work/life balance is difficult for some departments but not all! Not everyone values the "extras" like the gym and parties but we're paid well and have flexible vacation too so it's hard to complain.

      Pros

      By far Paycom is the best company I've ever worked at. The work culture ensures you have a very balanced work and personal life. All employees, regardless of position, are very professional. And the employee benefits is just awesome.

      Cons

      There really isn't any con to working at Paycom.
