Cons

They will change and uproot everything about your role in a moments notice with no regard for you. They do not truly care about their people. There is a disconnect between executives at the highest level and their staff.

- Good WLB. - Good for freshers and out of school grads.

Cons

- No transparency. - Management doesn't care about employees. - No reasoning for lot of things they do - doesn't make sense for why they do things the way they do. - Some people in upper level seem like they don't know what they're doing.
