Great culture Great people An always improving product Opportunity to learn and work with all levels of business operations. Great pay, especially for recent graduates.

Cons

Many TSRs are overworked and underappreciated. 10-12 hour work days are standard. The position has only existed for 5 years, so upper management is still in the process of fully defining the role and it shows. Very little has been done to improve the workload on TSRs. Our responsibilities have increased while our head count has stagnated due to turnover.

Pros

Not a bad company, everyone in upper and middle management has moved up through the company, so it's nice to know there's room to grow. Everyone in my department was really cool and easy to work with, although the sales people made the work environment way less enjoyable.

Cons

Minimal training, definitely a sink or swim after being thrown into the deep end kind of mentality so the first couple months are rough. Work/Life balance is way off and they don't pay nearly enough for the stress. They promised a much higher annual commission than what was realistic. Very corporate and stuffy work environment.
