      Pros

      Paycom has the best product available in our field. Combined with the attention to training and self-improvement that our corporate structure practices, Paycom is a fantastic environment to work in. I would highly recommend entertaining a position at Paycom to anyone interested in advancing their career and personal development.

      Pros

      Paycom is a company that I genuinely feel lucky to work for. I have worked in sales for two very large organizations and one smaller company, and I can say that the atmosphere and energy at this company is incomparable. Technology: It is the best in the industry. Paycom is also the first and only company that I have worked for that has zero finger pointing. This is SO important when selling technology because i feel like I can count on my company to get the job done right after the product is sold. Leadership: The leadership is incredible. Everyone from the very top down genuinely cares about your individual success. Dana Follis, the Philadelphia sales manager, paves the path for all of her reps to achieve their goals as long as the work is put in by the individual. Atmosphere: Young and high energy. The people that work for Paycom truly have their heart in the company. The job requires dedication, self created motivation, and a matched enthusiasm for the product. With these components, Paycom is the perfect vehicle for hard working individuals to create their own success.

      Cons

      If you are going into sales to work from home and "create your own schedule" (aka watch GMA every morning) this is not the job for you.

      Great Culture, Wonderful Training Program, opportunity to work with some of the absolute best people out there

      Not a good fit for someone that is not interested in a challenge
