The Paycom dream paints a picture of making an amazing salary. If you give 15 hrs a day, maybe it's possible.

Cons

Company is built to churn and burn. 5% of new AE starting classes make it past 3 months. No time for anything outside of work.

-PAY -The people are amazing - health benefits -building relationships with clients -fun team environment The job is a grind, but if your goal is to make a lot of money, push yourself, and grow as a professional this is a good place to do so.

Cons

- no flexibility - no work life balance - old school mindset from upper management -constant changing priorities -insane amount of turnover throughout the whole company - you will take on multiple roles because of the lack of internal communication and processes -tons of travel
