Pros

The personal and professional development I’ve experienced here has been beyond rewarding. I truly learn something new and develop my skills every day. My coworkers are supportive, hardworking people who maintain the same care and commitment as I do.

Cons

Paycom's culture has an expectation that you work hard and standards for performance remain high. I personally prefer it that way but it isn't for everyone.

Pros

Generous PTO Great Insurance Stock Plan 401K (the match is not great at all and you are not bested until 2 years -most dont make it that long) $4 Meals

Cons

Paycom has the potential to be a great company but its ran by people that could care less about you. I had a supervisor that could never answer a question for me but her and her friend could leave work together and get their nails done. They have no care in the world and for a career this demanding you need great leadership in place to help along the way. It is not the case for everyone. I was fired but what a relief when it happened. The culture is toxic and there really are a lot of people running around on medication. It’s not worth it If you don’t have children or obligation and want the experience go ahead and apply but if you have a full time job and you have kids do not come to Paycom you will find yourself wondering about your kids benefits and they could care less. Work itself - clients believe you are their assistants and they treat you like it too. When you take off work you have to find someone to cover your emails that’s just crazy. It should be a department that does that. Also, believe the reviews I have read them and they are all true. Stay clear of this toxic place- I sure wish I did!
