      Great place to advance career

      Pros

      Paycom is growing and new positions are being created which provides lots of opportunity for advancement or transferring to other departments. Generous time off allowance. Competitive salary. $1 per pay period health coverage. Diverse employees with lots of engagement activities. $4 lunches with good variety of options.

      Cons

      Because of the company growth, some departments experience many changes in daily responsibilities/expectations which may no longer align with what you want in a job. No longer allows work from home. It is so far away and traffic is terrible getting out of the parking lots - sometimes taking 20+ minutes to get to walk to your car and wait in line to get off campus (on top of the 30+ minutes to get home)
