      They don't care about you

      Pros

      Good pay, but not good enough to compensate for toll this place takes on your mental health.

      Cons

      The work life balance is atrocious. The leadership structure for lower and middle management is a joke. There is so much turn over in the department that they won't tell you what the retention rate is, only that it "is improving." If you get onto a good team with a good TL, great, but good luck with that. To the HR member who reads this, yes, I shared concerns with my leadership. They did not care.

      Good pay no worklife balance

      Pros

      good compensation and benifits. insurance is great.

      Cons

      you will have not work life balance. expect 12 hour days. You have about a 50/50 shot at getting into a team with a good team lead that will give you tools for success or on a team with a TL that will throw you under the bus the first chance they get.
