Fair compensation, good benefits/perks, and lots of room for growth. But most importantly, the people I've met and worked with here have been absolutely lovely and overwhelmingly wonderful. I actually look forward to going to work each day.

Cons

Communication and transparency between teams/departments/levels could use improvement.
