Pros

The work is hard with so many moving pieces and things to keep organized, but is extremely rewarding to see how much Paycom's software makes a difference to a client and their employees and you get to have an "I figured it out!" feeling that doesn't come often in adulthood. In OKC, it would be difficult to compensation close to the level Paycom pays client facing employees without being in a specialty field. The coworkers and people are a shining piece of the job for me. I know when I go into work each day that I have a circle of people who have my back and will help me succeed. Benefits just released Zero Card this year which is a game changer and amazing!

Cons

As noted in the pros, the work is hard. The learning curve is a bit difficult in having to learn the software and processes but is doable. This is not the job for someone who has poor time management and little self initiative.

Pros

Good salary. I used to be able to say more, but no.

Cons

Workload In office expectations Onsite expectations Lack of transparency from upper management Tied hands of middle/lower management Lack of remembering the human element of a job. AI is all that matters. We, and the clients, are just numbers to keep moving along.
