If you are actually willing to do the work, you will go far. There are really no caps on your career or earning potential. Great pay, benefits, awesome people to work with.

Cons

Can't really think of any... You will see people post on here about a toxic environment but if you read the post they tell on themselves. They were held accountable to not doing their job. That should tell you everything you need to know.
