Went from loving it, to dreading it

Good benefits, most team leaders are amazing

Cons

Pay USED to be competitive, now we are mainly all salaried and still work a ton of overtime, constantly changing your roles and responsibilities to where it’s impossible to keep up, overloaded with clients and tasks, things are consistently getting worse and not better. 90% of my department (and that’s me being generous) are miserable and want out. There’s just no where else to go right now. I used to have a blast at work. They used to do things for us all the time. Now we’re lucky to get shirts once a year that we can’t even wear to work anymore . No more thunder tickets. No more quarterly outings at the Zoo or Frontier City. No more ice cream carts pushed around just because. It was truly so nice. Transferring is nearly impossible right now because turnover is so high. It’s awful.
