Supportive leadership IF you’re lucky enough to be under the right people.

Cons

Extreme expectations, even for high performers. Constantly changing processes and high levels of inconsistency. Incredibly low retention rate because the lack of support, poor culture, and off the wall decisions made by executive leadership. Other competitors in the HCM space offer so much more in terms of compensation and opportunity to succeed. I’d advise to consider other options and avoid the mess that working at Paycom brings.
