4 Dollar lunches 1 dollar per paycheck health insurance Benefits The complexity of the job is rewarding to me. I enjoy being a part of the implementation team that on boards new clients.

Cons

Traffic to and from work. Two lane roads close to the corporate location need to be widened to 4 lanes. Paycom is constantly changing. If your not good with change, this isnt the place for you. I'm able to handle and adapt to change but its challenging for others.

-Money -Sales Training and Development (probably the best sales training organization out there) - The people are amazing, constantly surrounded by inspiring people - positivity!! All the leaders at Paycom encourage positivity and do not tolerate negativity in the workplace. This leads to a fun, fast-paced environment

Cons

High turnover - Paycom is very face paced and this is a metrics based role. Leaders and trainers will put into you and give you every single skill they can teach for you to be successful BUT you have to be willing to put in hard work, do things out of your comfort zone, and have great mental management to succeed Flexibility - this is a fully in-person role that requires complete dedication. Not a hybrid role, requires lots of time
