$4 lunches with a daily salad bar option, great benefits, smoothie machine, healthy snack options in the markets, on-site gym

Cons

Not as flexible with work hours or work from home as most software companies.

Pros

Great Benefits, Job Security in IT is awesome, though other departments, not so much. I have a good number of cons, but I believe it is still a good place to work, especially for people just getting started in their career.

Cons

My form of customer support utilizes honesty, at Paycom, you have to present everything on a way that makes the customer right, whether they are or not, or they will report to your manager instantly, screw honesty. (Customer in this sense is other Paycom employees, not clients). I also found the amount they were paying me was lacking with no option to negotiate. Their individual teams are very siloed, eliminating most learning opportunities.
