      Pros

      There are so many! The health benefits, resources, tools, and support Paycom provides are truly unmatched by any other company I have ever worked for. They absolutely support a healthy work life balance and provide their employees with numerous resources for physical and mental health. The Employee Resource Groups are also a huge positive! There are several groups you can be a part of to get support in any number of circumstances. The employee meals and gym are another way they really support the employees! Low cost, healthy, and delicious lunches every single day and a gym that provides equipment and classes to help employees stay active!

      Cons

      There is only one thing I can say here and that is, this is an office. Many people who have varying opinions and views. It is not always the easiest to be in.

      Pros

      Great company to work for! I can't think of a single company that offers the compensation and benefit package or opportunities for career growth that Paycom offers. One of the things I often hear from my coworkers is they learn something new every day, and after being at Paycom for as long as I have, I can confidently say this is 100% accurate. I don't come in and do the same thing every day which makes the work very exciting. I can't imagine working anywhere else!

      Cons

      The work is challenging but very rewarding. If you are looking to come into work and just collect a paycheck, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

      Overall A Great Company

      Pros

      Benefits are great. Lots of different Benefit options I've never even heard of. Competitive Pay. Great work environment and the people want you to succeed. $4 lunches catered by known restaurants with many daily options. The campus is beautiful with landscaped courtyards. Training last for several months before you start actual work. You'll see Chad the CEO walking around campus. He's super friendly and wants to get to know his employees. Making work friends is easy and everyone wants to help you out when your in need. Paycom offers in house Therapy at no cost. They really care about your well-being.

      Cons

      Traffic getting out of the parking lot at 5pm. Security getting in and out. Work space is limited and confined to a cubical for most employees.
