      Decent Benefits Cheap Lunches Some Really Good People

      The workload is awful. You are not valued for your character, you are valued by how well you can meet arbitrary metrics. There is blatant favoritism across all departments. There are cliques that will ostracize people that they do not like. HR is a joke, they will deny accommodations required by official doctors notes (they will deny this in the reply to this post). You will be talked down to. Team leads often have no clue what they are doing or even what their team is doing. It is not uncommon to walk into any cube and see a TL messing around on their phone while other people are working. People are treated extremely poorly here, you are just a number to your boss. People wonder why there is such a high turnover rate. The answer is you are so stressed working in this environment you burnout, quit or get fired. I would not recommend working here, even if you’re trying to get a foot in the door.

      Best company I have ever worked for!

      Pros

      There are so many! The health benefits, resources, tools, and support Paycom provides are truly unmatched by any other company I have ever worked for. They absolutely support a healthy work life balance and provide their employees with numerous resources for physical and mental health. The Employee Resource Groups are also a huge positive! There are several groups you can be a part of to get support in any number of circumstances. The employee meals and gym are another way they really support the employees! Low cost, healthy, and delicious lunches every single day and a gym that provides equipment and classes to help employees stay active!

      Cons

      There is only one thing I can say here and that is, this is an office. Many people who have varying opinions and views. It is not always the easiest to be in.
