      Pros

      The only benefit is $1 healthcare, however every other payroll company offers the same benefit.

      Cons

      Low pay, constant overtime, poor leadership. Management advertises the idea of career growth. However, high turnover prevents the ability for Coordinators to expand career in Paycom. The location on Reno and Council (Reno Hub) is a disguising building that has the smell of sewage throughout the offices.

      -The pay and car package is good - great training

      Cons

      - kiss your personal life goodbye - toxic culture based on being able to outwork problems - company has been around for 25 years and acts like a startup - selling value that doesn’t really exist… a premium product that doesn’t validate the cost - Average sales rep tenure 3 months - you will be doing the job of 3 people
