The pay was great, but not for the hours I ended up putting in internship was great

Cons

No work life balance terrible management, no individualized training training was a time higher ups would make fun of new hires The product/service was so boring and technical to sell Territories were 2+ hours away from home, and I could never stop working when I’d get home Always behind (actually I tell everyone interested to NOT work here)

Never get a straight answer from management, very shady work environment. They will keep your commission and leave it to the ambiguous if you will ever give it to you.

Churn and Burn, don't walk run! Good for learning and breaking into tech though

Great break into tech and good pay. You will learn allot quickly and work among people that HUSTLE!

Cons

long hours considered tech but expect no tools, wearing a suit and tie to work and dealing with older business olders to sell them HR software. Value prop is all soft costs and has no real differentiator from other platforms. Massive turnover, interned with the company and came back full time to only 1 person still on my team of 8.
