Pros

The job allows you to manage your own book of business and be the leader of implementation. You get to map out the timeline of go-live of all products sold and get clients trained and ultimately adopting the software at the admin and employee level. It's difficult and there are a lot of challenges, and some of the challenges are self-inflicted and internal, but overall there are tools in place to ensure your success and clients that are hungry for getting their money's worth.

Cons

There is a big variation between the quality of sales that takes place, where one client may be really excited and engaged, while others may only be concerned with the cost or not care at all about using the software. This is the most difficult part of the job, where your goals and the client's goals are misaligned. Sales reps come and go, but the good ones usually last and make an impact, along with good implementation people.

Great pay, bonus structure, and benefits

Cons

Burnout due to too many projects at once with extremely limited bandwidth. Long hours and grinding hard are the only way to get your work done

You can grow so much here in such a short amount of time. More so than I have seen anywhere else The Health Insurance, food options, beautiful campus Constantly innovating and improving systems and software
