I am empowered to focus on my clients, their needs and am rewarded for doing the job well. The training is continuous and comprehensive. Every day I get the opportunity to learn more and become a seasoned professional. The benefits and programs offered to employees is exceptional. On-site gym with various fitness programs. Wellness programs and highlighting wellness week always re-energizes me. Variety of low cost food options along with multiple easy access markets. Health insurance, match on retirement and time off policy are better than most. National Payroll Week is also always a fun event every year.

Paycom is a place where you're going to grow - quickly. The company sets a high bar, but if you're someone who's driven, open to feedback, and how to win, you are going to have endless opportunities. I've had direct access to leadership, mentorship from smart, capable teammates, and genuinely felt my skills level up daily.
