Not sure there are any at this point

Cons

This place has turned into pure chaos over the last few months. We have meetings scheduled nobody shows up to, we’re asked to work weekends suddenly at the end of the week for work we didn’t even know needed to be done, we’re threatened with write ups for missing goals that weren’t even set, and now we all had our bonuses taken away and nobody even knows why or can explain anything. It’s so frustrating to be a leader myself and not be setup for success because my bosses are so frantic and focused on saving their own jobs nobody is actually running this department.

Pros

Good base pay and potential to make a lot if you’re in a good territory. ( Big on the of. Only .5% will see those outsized commission checks and it most likely won’t be you! Everything is priced in) Go to a Texas office or somewhere near a lot of big manufacturing companies and businesses. If you’re on the East Coast, go to New Jersey, Midtown or Brooklyn.

Cons

If you’re in a bad territory or burn through your territory…..you’re screwed and will only collect your base. Now, their business model of churning through reps works perfectly for their stock performance. Their financial fundamentals and market performance are immaculate. Avoid FIDI at all costs.
