      This company offers great pay and benefits. The people are amazing.

      Cons

      Parts of the year are incredibly challenging in this position, environment is loud and bright not good for productivity. Leadership gets stuck in their ways

      Pros

      3.5 rating bc Paycom ask new hires to leave 5 start reviews for leave early minutes.

      Cons

      The amount of work you have to do for the pay, mandatory overtime, sitting at a desk all day everyday destroying your health, other departments, and the amount of narcissist that work at Paycom. I'm now deliverying groceries for better pay and a raise every 6 months. Paycoms CEO made over 500 million last year and pays employees the bare minimum. I'm sooooo much happier now that I left Paycom. I didn't feel alive working there.

      Fantastic company to work for

      Pros

      This was a great experience working for Paycom. My time there was fairly short, but if I could've continued to work there it would've been a great decision. The leadership I had in the Northeast was the best I'd ever seen, so much collaboration and support with people actually wanting to see you succeed. The pay is fantastic, the benefits are very good as the company eats most of the cost for its employees, and your manager(s) will be your best friend with complete transparency on how you're doing in the role and how to improve

      Cons

      There aren't many notable cons, the company lives up to their values and comradery
