Pros

Good pay, fitness facility, good benefits, and cheap lunch.

Cons

They are so disorganized, make changes without full preparation, and don't care about their employees. None of the major changes they made in 2025 stuck or were even completed successfully on at least 3 different occasions throughout the year. Things that should be standardized across the software department, like setup, file structure, and coding conventions are not. Their documentation sucks. If you're lucky, your team has or is working on documentation. If not, you're stuck combing through JIRA in hopes you can find something relevant. They also introduced AI and used that as an excuse to keep the same timeframe for projects while laying off a large percentage of their devs, most of their QA department, and expecting whoever's left to do all the extra work left.

Pros

Great benefits, looks great on resumes, full time with mandatory overtime

Cons

Terrible work/life balance, so many cliques, not enough pay for the work involved, not enough training for the position

Pros

Great pay and benefits Great product to back up. Parking benefit is great. Healthcare is very affordable. Office’s are a great vibe Co workers seem friendly.

Cons

I’m going to be as non-biased as possible! - flexibility and work life balance needs improvement. I have personal disabilities that require consistent medical treatment and I felt like I was being judged for setting up a Dr’s appointment to obtain my long term care. *It felt like I was advised against it just to be present during the training.* - Training is demanding, requires a big commitment away from home so be prepared. Long but not fully effective and needs improvement, however there are changes with the training so that’s good! - You’re drinking from a large fire hose and then expected to perform immediately after and not to be mentally fatigued. - You can tell who drank the kool aid and who the favorites are even during the training cycle. Less harsher feedback, easier assignments, rewarded quicker. You can say the wrong thing, but if they say the right thing they are correct. - I can’t speak for other managers but my experience with mine, has been mostly MIA even though the manager views my trainings from a distance there’s a lack of communication. I would prefer a little more consistent communication with the manager based on expectations, how things are going good, what needs improvement. - I am dealing with a lack of communication of expectations, for example, I was finding out things we had to do from my peers rather than my manager that was super critical and now we’re playing catchup on and behind. - In my point of view, it feels like I have been set for failure from the start and feel alone with a lack of guidance.
