      Great people Fun events Some swag is nice Gym Marketplace Great product

      Cons

      toxic No autonomy Culture of fear Although some swag is nice, most of it goes in the trash. They should save the swag budget and give a really nice gift at the end of the year. Benefits aren’t that great, you can find cheap or free insurance with better coverage in other companies Terrible work/life balance

      Pros

      Direct management cares strongly about their teams, and the one dollar a pay period health insurance.

      Cons

      Upper management asks for feedback from the employees and chooses to ignore it most of the time in favor of doing what's best for their bottom line. They give their employees reassurances and then a month later completely walk back those promises with lame excuses and a lack of data to back up those excuses.

      Until today the work from home perk. After today ??? Basically management took away wfh for no reason right before Christmas. Thanks. Was a mass exodus your goal?

      Overloaded, overworked teams. Promotions based upon tenure at company rather than qualifications and potential.
