Pros

Overall a great place to work. $1 health insurance $4 catered lunches solid company culture "gym" onsite I won't go into a lot of detail here because it really is a good company.

Cons

HUGE CON: 5 days PTO your first year. They will sugar coat it and say that you also get a couple personal days and a handful of sick days and that is true. But 5 days PTO is ridiculously low and you have to accrue them. So when you finally finish out that first year, congrats you just completed your 5th day of PTO! They forget that they are a large companies and don't take time to revamp processes that were in place when they only had a few hundred employees.

Thank you for your review. We’re happy to read that you believe that Paycom is a good company. Regarding PTO, as with many organizations this increases with tenure at the company. As we’re a dynamic and growing organization, we’re constantly working to improve our processes and finding new ways to innovate throughout the organization. As a current employee, we hope you’ll take advantage of our internal processes to contribute ideas and solutions where you see an opportunity for improvement. Thank you again for your feedback!

Pros

$1 health insurance, PTO, and courtyard.

Cons

This link will tell you the truth about what’s happening at Paycom right now. I’ve never worked for such a toxic narcissistic company (AKA Upper leadership, CEO, and HR). It’s sick. HR is caught up in all of it when their job is actually supposed to be for THE EMPLOYEES. We are your customers. Not Chad. Worst HR I’ve ever worked for. Worst communication I’ve ever seen at a job. They just shuffle us around like mindless cattle. Well guess what? We’re human and we deserve to be treated like it. 3% “raises” once per year is making operations staff suffer when we already weren’t getting paid enough for what we do. Oh and by the way the titles you’ve given some employees was strategically given so that you could pay people less. There are people here with titles that don’t match what they do and you know it. But let’s not forget the sales people. Sales people are glorified and have a starting salary of over $70k per year plus commission when people in operations work with software that doesn’t function properly, don’t get any type of bonuses or incentives, and are essentially treated like trash compared to sales. Revenue driven company. There used to be a culture, communication, and a sense of feeling appreciated. There’s nothing anymore. The CEO has turned on his own people. Pros

It was a Good Life till 2022 Dec 13 till 10:45AM , It was A Good Job that was going well in my Personal Life, Pay is OK, Benefit is Good and Hours were great as Promised. My Life was Happy. I know no one's life is perfect, but it can be happy. I liked Paycom and Everyone there. Still do, because I don't know how to hate people.

Cons

Then the Darkness came to my life with a Technology Team Meeting from CIO, with minimum Notice to return to office 5days a week in a month or less, just Because Our CIO Brad met someone on the hallway or skywalk who lacks communication on an Important Project updates to Upper management. Because of that person who he talked on that day changed lots of Employees Life. I spent almost 4grand on Computer Equipment's and upgraded the internet connection with a contract. Me and my wife planned our baby’s Birth and made so much decision in our personal life that is affecting our relationship now. Paycom don’t care how much my Life has messed up. Or they don’t know, I wish they show some kindness towards employees and their person life. Who care in Paycom, CIo, CEO and upper Management are millionaires and Billionaires. They make lots of money with employees, which is happening everywhere, I understand that, But affecting someone’s personal life who looks up to you to show some mercy will be really bad for a company, Even as a Man I’m in tears when I type this review, They pretty much destroyed my Personal Life. With one car and my wife working around with my schedule has some much happiness in my life which is all gone, I wish they show some humanity about some employees personal Life, normal employees like me gets hurt so much. My wife pretty much shut off me and I don’t know what to say. I hope they give us an option to WFH and 1 day in office as a voluntary schedule. Well Not all dreams come true. Hopefully someone from Paycom upper management sees this and understands how this affects Some Employees Personal Life. I can’t say I don’t like Paycom, Its just personal that the decision they made causes lots of issue in my life. I wish I never Existed in this world
