Pros

One of the only companies in Oklahoma. Provides a lot of money to the sales team.

Cons

I have worked at a lot of companies in the last twenty years. This company has the weakest management. Everyone seems to be afraid of Chad, and they treat employees poorly because of it. The company is bringing everyone into the office despite hiring people by lying to them about it being a remote opportunity. No growth. Low pay compared to the industry. No direction. Not a lot of woman or people of color in management.

Pros

I learned a lot and made a lot of good friends here. It felt as though there used to be opportunities to do things the company hasn't before and really flex your skills working here.

Cons

3 month ago I would have recommended everyone apply to this place because I thought they really did care. Obviously, like a lot of the actual recent reviews, it seems higher leadership has become out of touch with people. Rolling out a policy change giving people little notice and not telling any of our direct leadership until the last minute. I as well as a lot of people feel betrayed as they originally told us this policy change would only happen if production was down but many teams have been doing better than ever. Regardless the environment has become tense since then, nobody has any trust of upper management anymore, and any feedback or begging to no upend people's lives with such little notice is falling on deaf ears.

Pros

$1 insurance most coworks are good to work with

Cons

- too few holodays(only 6 days per year) - heavy workload and unrealistic deadlines since the stock plunged. Devs have to work overtime - too few perks, only cheap t-shirts. - outdated tech stacks and limited career growth. no laptops for devs. The remote desktop often crashes - firing employees without warning or severance - I don't like security check. Their values say "we trust" but they don't trust their employees
