      The pace is face and expectations are high which can feel intense for those who want an easier job.

      Cons

      - Cut benefits recently - Work till you drop culture - Fires employees even after you deliver deadlines that require 7 days 10-12 hr work weeks - Not stable business, most likely going to fail soon - No career growth - Metrics don’t matter - Almost nothing happens or gets done by leadership they are very scared of the stock decrease and don’t know what to do
