Pros

Good pay considering it's Oklahoma Benefits can be great $4 catered lunches are convenient Lots of close relationships with co-workers (from the trauma bonds). If you are willing to keep your head down and follow orders, you can make good money and last a bit.

Cons

You're working to benefit the shareholders. Every decision is based around the bottom line, even if it makes culture miserable. No job security- everyone is replaceable at any time, and unofficial "layoffs" come without warning. You'll lose teammates, and they will never backfill that essential role. Lack of executive vision across the organization and specific departments. It's the blind leading the blind. CEO is not business-minded and is willing to run the organization into the ground before admitting that there needs to be someone with more business acumen at the helm. Also, the CEO is the founder, CEO and president of the board. He has complete and utter control. Teams are short-staffed and overworked, and upper leaders avoid humanity or empathy like the plague. There's no flexibility or leniency on hours. It doesn't matter if you're working 10+ hours extra a week and skipping lunches. You better be there M-F from 8-5 every day. If you're late, you have to use your PTO. You must conform. Don't disagree with your superiors, don't show emotions other than positivity, don't say "burnout" or "workload".

Pros

Good base and commission structure

Cons

Leverage base and commission to force you into a decision to dedicate all your time to company or get fired. Constant travel and care more about meeting KPIs than revenue.
