1. Maintaining your exisiting workload while traveling 2. High turnover at the executive leadership level 3. Lack of articulating/getting buy in on the existing mission/vision 4. Several rounds of layoffs have impacted several departments within the company and has put existing employees and clients in a bind with limited support
