The money is the only pro, but can make this money elsewhere.

Cons

The leadership is awful. They act like this is the only company you can make money at, so they treat their employees terribly, thinking they’re paying us so much. Very political behavior from management. No career growth considering they fire the managers within 6 months if they don’t see results and just eliminated the regional position.
