The minimum is 20 words so this is filler for the fact that there's not much that's positive to say. The training was solid if I had to say one nice thing.

Cons

-Micromanagement -Unrealistic expectations -Perpetual state of fear, anxiety, depression, self-loathing -Toxic culture -Favoritism I woke up most mornings dreading my very existence

Amazing how a company can Talk about culture so much, but their culture internally is absolutely horrible. They make employees lives miserable, they force employees to work 80 hour weeks, And impossible to move upward in the company and unless management and EVP’s are obsessed with you. 1% make it. Don’t get tricked

You'll meet a lot of friends here, some that you think will be life-long friends.... but don't get me wrong, as they like to say, they "bleed Paycom Green". Your friends WILL turn on you, your department will see unfair promotions to underqualified and untrained young professionals that believe they have to set an example by treating people in a disrestful way in order for them to gain respect as a "boss".

Cons

Whoops... I spent most of my pros column writing about cons. My best advice is to PAY ATTENTION TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. This company had promise and potentail at some point, but they will dispose of and replace long-standing, loyal employees just because they can.
