      Individuals you work with on a daily basis are honestly pretty great. They do a great job of hiring personable people that work well together

      Cons

      Upper management is terrible and continuously implements policies which worsen quality of life for employees. lack of flexibility using remote computers which we already have provided to us (unless they want us to work extra, then of course we can! lol), 0 leniency with holidays (ie thanksgiving day is off but the friday after is not), constant changes in leadership that result in poor career advancement for employees. Honestly I could list so many more things i disliked vs liked
