Pros

On the job training is robust.

Cons

Compensation used to be very competitive, but after the post-COVID correction in the market this is no longer true. Humans are being laid off to be replaced by AI in DROVES (seems like nearly 1,000 laid off in the last 12 months). You will be required to sign an NDA not to speak negatively about Paycom online. If they find you have, you will be sued, and many already have been.
