Pros

Good pay, on site gym, great pto package, $4 dollar lunch that’s pretty good.

Cons

Incredible lack of transparency about the direction of the business, which makes sense because I think they want to replace us all with AI. A lot of disparity of treatment, I’ve heard of people getting fired for being less than a minute late, I’ve also seen leaders (I hate how much this word gets tossed around) come in late, and leave early. It justs feels like, right now at least, that this place hates its employees and thinks we’re all cheating the company out of something. I find this especially galling because the earnings calls and quarterly reports all make it seem like we’re doing awesome…so why the sudden and seemingly haphazard cost cutting measures? Also, would like to remind everyone that the man responsible for the largest stock dip -“cannibalizing our business “ for those who remember, is still in charge and our stock price has still not recovered even two years later!!!

Good pay if you’re an average dev. Bad if you’re a good dev

Over work. Upper management is too reactive and doesn’t allow enough time for changes to settle / produce results before throwing the next curve ball
